Swim Lessons & Lap Swimming
Powhatan Secondary Pool will be offering swim lessons to any interested and current members of the Powhatan Secondary pool. Swim instructors have now been hired for the 2010 pool season. Starting the week of June 7th, there will be a sign up sheet for lessons at the Gateguard desk as you enter the pool. The instructors will contact you directly to set up times and dates for swim lessons that will begin after school lets out.
NEW THIS SEASON!!! Starting Tuesday, June 22nd, we will be opening the pool from 7:15am - 8:00am for adult lap swimming. You must be a current member of the pool and over the age of 16 to participate in adult lap swimming. There will be a guard on duty during that time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We ask that you clear the pool at 8:00am for the start of the Seastars swim practice. Please come out and enjoy this new addition to our pool operating schedule!!
