Your Lifeguard Staff




Our lifeguard staff will always consist of highly qualified guards. Each lifeguard will have completed the requirements for CPR FOR THE PROFESSIONAL RESCUER (renews each year) as well as LIFEGUARD TRAINING AND FIRST AID (renews every 3 years).
We were extremely lucky and very proud to have the following lifeguards working at our pool for the 2010 pool season:

Some of these guards are returning from last season and some are new. Please take a moment to introduce your self and your children to the new guards.
Any one interested in applying for a lifeguard position should complete the application found on the Applications link and mail it to: PCSA POOL, P.O. Box 5004, Williamsburg, VA 23188. Applications are due April 12,2010 and interviews will be conducted the week of April 19th with notification of employment by April 23rd.
Make sure that you check the American Red Cross website and James City County Rec Center for information on the classes needed for certification.
We hope that you and your family will get to know the lifeguards throughout the season and work with them in their efforts to keep our children and other members of the pool safe and secure.
Please keep in mind that the safety of your children and other pool members begins and ends with the diligence of all accompanying parents and adults.
